Hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming and training
I have worked with CNC machines since 1998. I combine hands-on machining experience with CAD/CAM design, tailored training and the development of solutions to improve everyday work for operators and businesses.
Understanding the machine to find the right approach to each job
My career began with responsibility for a three-axis Biesse Rover 336 machining centre. Since then, I have designed, programmed and machined parts for furniture, decoration, architecture, signage, scale models and special projects.
Introducing CAD design and later CAD/CAM tools changed how I worked: it reduced programming time, helped me prepare component drawings and enabled me to tackle three-dimensional parts, reliefs and more complex projects.
I teach from the experience of producing parts, setting up tools and solving real problems at the machine.
Technical experience and practical knowledge
My work brings together production, programming, training and tool development for CNC applications.
CNC machining
Preparing and producing parts, selecting tools, planning machining strategies and troubleshooting.
CAD/CAM design
Creating and adapting geometry, component drawings, toolpaths, reliefs and models for manufacture.
Training for businesses
Tailored courses at your premises, using your machine, software and everyday projects.
Post-processors
Creating and adapting post-processors to connect Aspire or VCarve with CNC machines and controllers.
Laser cutting and engraving
Using cutting and engraving to complement manufacturing and customisation projects.
Digital tools
Developing support applications and tools such as MicroCad to simplify routine CNC tasks.
Professional development
A career built from machine operation through to training and the development of my own solutions.
Starting with machining centres
Joined MASSA Maquetas y Stand's S.A., taking responsibility for a three-axis Biesse Rover 336 machining centre.
Producing parts and special projects
Programming worktops, three-dimensional signage, curved walls, furniture, structures and scale-model components, among other projects.
Introducing CAD design
Using AutoCAD to streamline machining-centre programming and prepare component drawings for manufacture.
CAD/CAM programming and 3D work
Using dedicated software to program three-dimensional parts, reliefs and photographic engravings.
Digital manufacturing and 3D printing
Designing and building my own 3D printer while learning new manufacturing technologies.
AI and in-house CNC applications
I combine training, machining and post-processor development with building my own applications and applying AI to CNC work. I develop tools to answer technical questions, automate tasks, simplify processes and help operators and businesses work more independently.
Machines, processes and software
Tools used in production, design, programming and technical content creation.
How I can work with your business
Team training
Helping operators work more independently with your company’s machines and real production processes.
Optimisation and troubleshooting
Reviewing projects, programming, tooling or post-processing to reduce errors and improve the process.
Machining and special projects
Collaborating on bespoke parts, prototypes, decorative elements and custom projects.
Developing CNC solutions
Creating post-processors, applications and tools to meet specific needs of manufacturers and users.
